The Original Coke
My first Trippin’ post! This we’ll be a few mini photo selections for the various photo trips I take around where I currently reside in Oregon. These range from solo trips to ones with the whole family in tow!
All images shot with my trusty Leica M6 + 35 Summicron and Kodak Portra 800.
Thank you for looking.
The American Flag is standard in these smaller towns. I found this first one painted on a fence across from a skatepark.
I drove by this building months prior and knew I had to make it back to shoot this.
Found this nice window painting as I drove around the front
A big reason for this trip in particular was to shoot this building. I’m glad I did before someone bought it and repainted over the original Coca Cola signage.
These next couple were shot driving off the highway on the smaller side roads. Moving from California it’s a photographers dream to find these small pockets of industry, and houses.
Side Note. When you have two cameras make sure the second one actually has film in it.
Missing: a photo of a dog standing on top of a car because I realized months later I had been “shooting” nothing! Aha!
Stay tuned for the next one
